First self-paid concert: The B-52’s at the Elliott Hall of Music in West Lafayette, Indiana, in 1990. I had wanted to go to Kool & The Gang a few years before that and got a very firm NO from my folks. They were convinced I would get high just by standing in the crowd.
Little-known fact: I’ve caught countless turtles off the bow of a canoe, some were even with my bare hands.
Movie Pitch: Girl meets boy and falls in love. They live a happily ever life full of outdoor adventure, good food and drink, and laugh all along the way. Eventually, their children start to understand them and become self-reliant!
