OBJECTIVE:  Get us more leads in individual apartment communities, and help the client understand how in the world they could be spending 25 MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR on marketing.

CHALLENGE:  Fight the good fight, going directly up against: But this is the way we’ve always done it. Upset the applecart with the facts. Examine all media vendors in 45 cities using numbers-based reality.

MEDIA:   We designed a justifiable evaluation system that weighted each media for its ability to honestly generate leads.  Then we kept only the most productive outlets, and eliminated the slackers.

RESULTS: At a time when the industry was increasing by an average of 28%, we increased this REIT’s leads by 66%.
