MIXED USED DEVELOPMENT

OBJECTIVE:  Find a low-cost media solution that would speak to that elite market of high-end real estate buyers, and get a real and immediate response.

CHALLENGE: We had eight luxury homes to move in a short period of time.

MEDIA:  Focus, streamline, hit the target dead center. We chose online media because it was cost-effective, could be executed quickly, and directly reached the specific (most lucrative) local markets we decided to focus on.

RESULTS: In two months, with a $14,000 budget, we had four homes under contract or sold. Average cost of home: 1.4 million.
