OBJECTIVE: Create a successful, transparent media plan the university could track—while boosting both student approval and their bottom line.

CHALLENGE: Change out of control to knowledge is control.  The client didn’t own their media plan – the previous buying service did. They had no input, no voice, no options, no idea how their money (lots) was being spent.

MEDIA: We evaluated each market with a blank slate mentality and reorganized their broad plan to reach crucial student markets. We made sure the university regained its power to make viable media and financial choices. All media costs were made transparent.

RESULTS: We saved the client 37% across all markets, and boosted student approval ratings and call volume by 10%.
